Friendly service, great food, and relaxing atmosphere. The dirty chips appetizer is exceptional and the ribeye is good quality too. Our waitress was nice and timed drink refills perfectly. I definitely recommend trying the Lucky Bull Grill.

Looked for local and unique. Caribbean Jerk Chicken was tender and tasty! Going to try using lime with my bbq sauce at home. Also will be adding jalapeno to grits sometime. The questionnaire asked me about noise. It was a little noisy, so rated 4 of 5 on that. Nice ending to touristy day here.

Food, Service, Atmosphere 10000000/10 We loved this place. One of our favorites from the trip. Visited on 3/26/25 on our first night in Carlsbad before seeing the caverns. Prices were great for the area and the Dirty Chips were awesome! Thanks again!

Driving through to see the caverns from Albuquerque and found this gem. It was Valentine’s Day weekend and they had a surf and turf special with Brussel sprouts and that rib eye was sooo good! We also had some poutine fries with brown gravy, and the Cobb salad with their house vinaigrette. The Cobb salad comes with a large piece of fried chicken on top. We will definitely come back if we are ever in town again

Best burger I've had in a long time...maybe ever. I got the Lucky Bull Burger which was 2 patties, cheddar and green hatch chilies. Burger was amazing with a nice crust, maybe a hair over medium, but still well cooked. The fries were coated and seasoned and I didn't need ketchup which is really unheard of. We went about 7 on a Saturday night and got a table right away and pretty good service. The Santa Fe 7K IPA was great also.

We had a fantastic dinner at the Lucky Bull Grill when we visited Carlsbad! We had a few house margaritas (!), the Sky Burger and the 575 Chicken Sandwich. My wife said her burger was one of the best she has ever had and my 575 Chicken sandwich with guac and green chile was messy and flavorful. The fries that came alongside the burger and sandwich were also good. The service was great (the servers seemed to be having lots of fun), the place was comfortably full on an early Thursday night with lots of energy, and the prices were reasonable (11 margaritas 15.50 sandwiches). They do have a credit card surcharge (2) which is included on the final bill. They also have some cocktails available (pictured since we couldn't find them listed on the website). All in all, it was a fun, casual place to grab dinner in Carlsbad, and we'll be back!

We spent the day at Carlsbad Caberns NP and Guadalupe Mountains NP. Starving. Stumbled into this place and we are so glad we did. The food smelled so damn good walking into the restaurant. We ordered and the food was out in minutes. Cooked to perfection and slammed with flavor. So damn good.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place definitely warrants one! My husband and I took a bike trip up to the caverns yesterday and decided to stop in Carlsbad for lunch. I chose Lucky Bull Grill solely on whim and it was well worth it. We shared the dirty chips and the chili was delicious (not sure if made in house or not, but freaking good). He ordered the jammin bacon burger which was perfectly cooked and the bacon jam . I got the cowboy wedge salad and boy, that was one perfectly cooked steak. I’d even go on to say that was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. The chef during that shift was a young woman and she killed it! The atmosphere was good and music was enjoyable. Our waiter was fantastic but I cannot remember her name though! Bottom line, Lucky Bull Grill is well worth the trip!
